Illinois Video Poker May Fall Short in Revenues without Chicago

The Illinois Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability has done research on the video lottery terminals and they have found that without the city of Chicago on board revenues are going to suffer. The forecast projected that tax receipts may fall short from $95 million to $178 million a year if Chicago does not operate the Video Lottery terminals. (31/03)
