Omaha police were in hot pursuit for three robbers who stole money from the Big Red Keno the first of this week. Two keno patrons were robbed by three suspects just after midnight on Tuesday. First Arrest for UIGEA

The US District Court in Boston is the first court to have charged a person under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006. The Department of Justice announced the charges on Todd Lyons Age 36. Lyons was charged with thirty six counts of racketeering, money laundering, filing false tax returns, operating an illegal gambling business, interstate travel in aid racketeering and charges related to the business of illegal gambling.
